CONCERT INFORMATION
Pack Dance is a 501c3 nonprofit professional dance company. Our concert themes have a strong focus on social and environmental justice. We build our concerts to model how every single person has the power to create change, even when it doesn't seem possible. We use dance and performing arts as vehicles for community organizing, culture-shifting, and public activism. We believe that not only is dance a catalyst for life in motion, but that dance can cultivate change on a larger scale, impact business practices, and encourage community members of all backgrounds and experiences towards social action. We invite you to experience our intimate concerts for yourself. We are currently preparing for our Spring 2025 concert, Disruption. The buttons to purchase tickets and view the program will become active closer to our performance dates.
Pandemic, Politics, Pollution. We are in a time of radical change. From wars to endocrine disruptors, workplace landscapes and mental health crises, Pack Dance explores the impact of Disruption on individuals and communities. Our choreographers and dancers investigate social upheavals, technological shifts and other significant disturbances to prepare a unique body of work for the stage. Concert dance is our primary medium with multimedia elements including technology, textiles and ultraviolet light illusions.
Our Concert Season is generously funded with public support from the Missouri Arts Council, a state agency and individual donors.
