Maggie, a native from Chicago, has been dancing since the age of 3. Maggie has always had a passion for movement of the human body. Her dance career was extended into college where she danced in many leading roles with the Creighton University Dance Company.  In May of 2017, she graduated from Creighton University, in Omaha, NE, with her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Dance.  Maggie has taught dance classes in various disciplines for several years, including adaptive dance for Dancing Beyond Limits in Omaha, NE. Maggie danced with Consuming Kinetics Dance Company from 2017-2020.  After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis to obtain her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Maggie has been working as an occupational therapist in the hospital with patients with neurological disorders and is adjunct faculty at University Of Nebraska Medicine’s Department of Occupational Therapy. 

Maggie is passionate about optimizing performance of others in their preferred activities, from patients that experienced a stroke brushing their teeth with their affected upper extremity, to keeping dancers strong and healthy to participate in their craft. She serves CKDC as a consultant to keep dancers at their best.
