Grace Mohr has been dancing since the age of three, growing up in a pre-professional ballet program, where she trained in classical ballet, as well as modern, contemporary, jazz and musical theater. Following high school, she moved to St. Louis to attend St. Louis University to study occupational therapy with a minor in dance. While at SLU, Grace completed research on the effects of adaptive dance for children with disabilities, leading her to create PACK’s Adaptive Dance Program in January of 2022. Since then, she has also begun teaching in PACK’s Youth Program, and performed with the company. She recently graduated with her master’s degree in occupational therapy and hopes to continue to make dance accessible to all individuals. She is so excited for another season with CKDC and looks forward to seeing what PACK has in store for her.
