Adaptive Dance

Imagine the joy of watching your child dance – their innocent moves, their radiant smiles. We believe in the transformative power of dance, and we're here to make it accessible to all ages and abilities. We understand the beauty in every step, no matter who you are, and our mission is to share that beauty with you.

The adaptive dance program offers a universally accessible dance class for children aged 5+ with disabilities. Taught by Grace Mohr, an occupational therapy student and trained adaptive dance instructor, this class offers the opportunity for children of any ability to engage in dance.

    • Boosts self-esteem and confidence through self-expression and accomplishment.

    • Cultivate qualities such as attention, cooperation, and impulse control, encouraging participants to work together harmoniously.

    • Encourages children to explore movement and express themselves creatively through carefully crafted exercises and routines.
